Worn so closely to the body, jewellery often carries a personal and intimate meaning. Drawn focuses on representing the warmth and connection found in design, and researches the relationship between the body and an object. Taking reference from the rich history of jewellery, Drawn uses artefacts, stories, and imagery to define and design that which charms us now.
Drawn does not follow the fashion seasons and works on a project basis instead. Rather than completely creating new work every couple of months, Birgit Toke Tauka Frietman, founder of Drawn, continuously builds on her previous collections. She designs pieces that can be paired and combined to create meaningful layers that stay with you forever.
Birgit is originally from The Netherlands and moved to London in 2011 to study Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins. The four years transformed her practice and made her truly value the importance of others in her own work. She set up Drawn in 2020 as a platform to share her personal work alongside her collaborative projects.

As each item is made to order, please allow time for your order to be created before dispatch. Each product listing specifies the required amount of time for the item to be created before dispatch.
If you require something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering to see what might be possible. Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together within the longest specified timescale stated on the relevant listing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive e-mail notification and tracking information. If you cannot find your confirmation e-mails, please check your spam folder.

Drawn offers global shipping via Royal Mail.
UK
Orders up to £100 | Standard signed for: £4.50
Orders up to £100 | Tracked and signed for: £8.50
Orders over £100 | Tracked and signed for: £4.50 (free for orders over £200)
International
All international orders | Tracked and / or signed for (destination dependent): £15.50
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 2-10 working days and worldwide within 5-14 working days.
Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Drawn and Pearls & Pomegranates cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Drawn's ready-to-wear collection, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and be returned in the packaging provided. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for returning the item to Drawn. We recommend sending the item with a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items or delays. You can request a return by emailing hello@pearlsandpomegranates.com.
