The Hayden pendant is a glistening relic. It's inspired by the arcade game Snake—the diamond pendant takes the form of the snake's head. Nostalgic and glamorous, it can be worn everyday or to add a dash of sparkle for a special occasion.

Sustainably handmade by EDXÚ

The brand

EDXÚ is a London-based, independent fine jewellery brand that creates handcrafted architectural and mindful designs. Its founder, Edward Xú, is inspired by philosophy and whimsy—he takes elements of popular culture and turns them on their head. Expect geometric shapes, colourful clashing gemstones, and comments on climate change.

'ED' represents Edward's education, career and life now in London, England, and 'XÚ' signifies his roots and heritage from Canton, China. Having spent half of his life in both places, It is an integral part of his ethos to promote and celebrate different cultures around the world. Values of mindfulness, curiousity, innovation and authenticity guide every element of his work.

The jeweller

Edward takes a multidisciplinary approach to his designs. This is evident through the nods to a range of art movements in his work, from Brutalist architecture and Art-Deco interiors to Cubism paintings and antique jewellery. Edward believes every moment tells a story and through his work seeks to preserve, reimagine, and celebrate the profound connection between a wearer and their jewels.

Edward graduated from Central Saint Martins College, London, in 2011 and went on to work as a jewellery designer for Solange Azagury-Patridge and Tateossian, as well as on projects for luxury brands including Ermenegildo Zegna, Canali, Cartier, and Swarovski. He recently completed an MA in luxury brand management at the University for the Creative Arts, Epsom. EDXÚ as a brand is multi-award winning, having been celebrated by The Goldsmiths' Craft and Design Council, UK Jewellery Awards, Professional Jeweller Awards, and The Goldsmiths' Centre.
