The brand
Founded in Barcelona in 2018 and now based in London, Kitty Joyas is a jewellery brand that champions slow, considered design. Led by a mission to inject personality and reimagine jewellery for the everyday, Kitty Joyas marries luxury metals, gemstones, and colourful enamel with their unique aesthetic vision. These designs are characterised by playful, modern forms, timeless romantic charm, and artisan, bohemian spirit. All pieces are designed and artisanally handcrafted in the brand's South London studio using recycled gold and silver.
The jeweller
Kitty Joyas was founded by Kitty Fuller, a London-based designer-maker who started her jewellery journey at seven years old, selling shell bracelets along beaches in Wales. When living in Barcelona, Kitty launched her first Kitty Joyas collection—she customised and updated old school glasses chains to create her ‘Beady Eyes’ product line. She found that she loved designing and making and the success of this debut collection fuelled her desire to finesse her craft more, so she went on to study at a jewellery school in the heart of the city.
Due to the Catalan language barrier, Kitty learnt how to make her first pair of gold hoops entirely through sight. Learning and working with the Spanish artisans gave her the freedom to develop her own unique style, without the influence and constraints of the more traditional methods used in jewellery-making in the UK.
“I learnt to be a lot freer with my tools than artisans would have been historically," says Kitty. "I’m less meticulous with measurements and allow the metals to form more naturally. That’s what gives pieces the Kitty Joyas aesthetic."

Handcrafted by a small business jeweller
Each one of Kitty Joyas's necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings are handmade by Kitty Fuller, founder of Kitty Joyas, and her small team in London, England, UK. Many of the brand's designs are handmade to order, just for you.
Ethical production
Kitty Joyas focuses on minimising waste as much as possible within their production by creating pieces in limited runs or as made-to-order designs.
All excess metal from the design process is collected and melted back down before being reimagined into new creations. We find a use for everything, making sure that every last bit of material is treasured.
Fair mined gold vermeil plated
Kitty Joyas is a Fair Mined Licensed Brand. All of Kitty Joyas's 18ct yellow gold vermeil plated jewellery is made from fair mined certified gold, which means it is from artisanal, responsible mining organisations.
Recycled sterling silver and 9ct yellow gold
As a conscious and sustainable jewellery brand, Kitty Joyas exclusively works with recycled metal from the UK, provided by suppliers that have certification of their product’s traceability.
Local suppliers
Instead of using large factories around the world to produce their jewellery, Kitty Joyas gets their pieces cast, polished, and engraved by family-run businesses just a 20 minute cycle away from their studio. Supporting British trade, and building meaningful relationships with their suppliers is something they are incredibly proud of.
Sustainable packaging
Kitty Joyas's packaging is sourced from Westpack. Foam inserts inside the jewellery boxes are made from Tall oil, which is a by-product of paper production processes that would otherwise be disposed of. The jewellery boxes themselves are made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue
